"SmartSavers Tap Club" membership renewal

General membership information is available here. Please follow these three easy steps to renew your membership.

1) Membership type (check one)
Annual membership fee, solo:  $15 per year
Annual membership fee, family*, two people: $22
Annual membership fee, family*, three people: $29
Annual membership fee, family*, four or more people: $35

* By "family" we mean 1st degree, immediate relatives, such as parents, children, brothers or sisters. More distant relatives such as grandparents, grandchildren, cousins, etc. must use the "solo" membership rate.

2) Type here the names and relationships of all
SmartSavers Tap Club
members to be enrolled
Do not forget to enter their names accurately so that SmartSavers Tap Dance Club discounts may be applied to workshops/conferences/seminars they may wish to attend! Please start with the adult(s) when applicable (i.e. "Melanie Smith, mother")



3) Choose your type of payment

4) Choose your membership renewal (check one, don't forget!)

Easy, automatic renewal
Please renew my SmartSavers Tap Club membership automatically each year on the date my membership was processed (reminder: this can only be done after you have confirmed your email address.) I understand that should the membership rates ever go up, I would be asked again via email if I wish to keep this option.

"Manual" renewal

Click the "Renew or Start ITDN Membership" button ONCE. You should then see a page with a short, automatic message ("Your form has been properly submitted") that confirms that your form went though. If you do not, clicking the button again will not help! The servers may simply be busy and we recommend that you submit your form at a later time. Your order is processed through a secure server and your can safely use this form. If you receive a SERVER ERROR message, follow the directions given at the very bottom of this page.
